Glen Garden Village is a wholly owned and operated division of Maxville Manor, providing a unique housing opportunity for seniors in the area.

The apartments at Glen Garden Village are offered on a “Life-Lease” basis.  Two sizes of apartments are currently available – Phases 1 & 2, at approximately 968 sq. ft., and Phase 3 at just under 1,200 sq. ft.

When a senior couple or individual have determined that they want to live at Glen Garden Village, they will need to place a deposit to secure the unit.  Just prior to taking occupancy, the balance of the occupancy price will need to be paid.
