Another option created for and unique to Glen Garden Village is our very own “FlexPlan©. With this plan you can virtually set your own “rent” depending on how much you want to invest in your occupancy plan. Please note that “FlexPlan© is currently available only for The Briar apartments.

Once the unit is occupied, the deposit is retained by Maxville Manor and is non-refundable. The balance of the price is refundable on a decreasing scale over the term of the lease (drawn for 21 years less one day). Even at the end of the term, the refund is approx. 20% of the balance paid. The refund is available at any time the tenant ceases to live at Glen Garden Village, including payment to one’s estate.

The refund schedule is part of the lease agreement, so tenants know what their respective refund is at any time.

Tenants are required to pay their own heating, electricity, telephone and cable TV, plus a monthly fee to cover maintenance and property taxes.
