At Maxville Manor, our Residents take center stage in all our endeavors.

Our resident council operates on a leadership team based model. This entails convening our leadership team to collaboratively shape the agenda, approve the meeting minutes, deliberate on new and outstanding business matters, and review the financials of the resident council.

We actively empower our leadership team to advocate for the entire community of residents at Maxville Manor, ensuring that their voices are heard without reservation

Mission statement

 We are moving forward as a dynamic partnership that will encourage Maxville Manor Residents Council to be an effective voice to enhance the residents experience. 

Membership

 A resident at Maxville Manor becomes a member of the residents' council when they are admitted to the home. Active membership is recognized by regular attendance at meetings, assuming administrative roles in council affairs and entering into productive discussions for the benefit of all residents. 

The Manor administrator or staff members shall not be eligible for membership on the council but they may attend meetings by invitation of the council.
